Opposition political action was brutally dispersed today in Minsk. OMON (special police) didn't bother to explain why peaceful participants are being arrested and detained.

Opposition activists gathered on  "October" square in Minsk to commemorate the memory of politicians who disappeared 13 years ago: vice-speaker of parliament Victor Gonchar and businessman Anatolii Krasovskii. By 6 pm when action was about to begin "October" square was already flooded with special police and unknown people with walkie-talkies (presumably KGB?.

at approximately 6:30 pm Omon forces encircled  the demonstrators and forced them to get inside of a police buses.
